The Engagement Party was held at the groom's parents house. Traditionally, the bride's family hosts the social gathering to share the good news with family members and close friends. I guess that now we are in modern era so I think we don't necessary stick to tradition as long as the bride and groom's and their parents have earlier on got together and mutually agreed and accepted the proposal.Anyway we enjoyed ourselves, having a great time, the food was great, especially the roasted lamb and suckling roasted pork and nice house. And it was also New Year Eve. Ha ha.
