Meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce

A simple pasta dish prepared by my daughter with a little bit of help from me.

These are chicken meatballs. We bought the minced chicken meat at a supermarket. The minced meat is mixed with 1 egg, breadcrumb, minced big onion, minced garlic, minced parsley, salt and pepper. They are shaped into big round meatballs and deep fried.

When the water is boiling, add salt and put in the spaghetti until springy. Strained and mixed with olive oil.

Finally, the pasta sauce. Heat the oil with garlic, add minced onion, chopped fresh tomato and 1 can crushed tomatoes. Put in the cooked meatballs, add enough water, salt, oregano, parsley and sugar to taste. Then simmer until sauce is boiling.

Serve the chicken meatballs sauce with the cooked spaghetti. Preparation time takes about 20-30 minutes. Yummy.
